Service Description
The Doctor's Touch Outreach is excited to invite community nonprofits, small businesses, corporate partners, food vendors, and local entrepreneurs to participate in our Community Violence Prevention & Arts Festival, presented through the City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) Arts Program.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Vendor registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Doctor's Touch Outreach. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, and cleanup. All vendors must comply with event rules and applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Doctor's Touch Outreach reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation if these terms are not followed.
