Service Description
The Doctor’s Touch Outreach (TDTO) provides engaging, supportive programming designed to help youth ages 8–24 develop their talents, confidence, life skills, and positive connections. Our programs combine arts education, dance, vocal music, percussion, mentorship, mental wellness, violence prevention, conflict resolution, youth development, and community engagement in welcoming spaces where young people can learn, create, grow, and belong. By registering with TDTO, youth and families gain access to programs that encourage creativity, leadership, healthy decision-making, emotional wellness, positive relationships, and alternatives to violence. We also connect families with valuable community resources and opportunities. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Vendor registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Doctor's Touch Outreach. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, and cleanup. All vendors must comply with event rules and applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Doctor's Touch Outreach reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation if these terms are not followed.
